Service-Telecom Group of Companies, a federal telecom tower infrastructure company, acquired 100% stake in Technoresource LLC, Nizhny Novgorod.

Technoresource is an independent infrastructure operator focusing on telecom infrastructure construction on city street light infrastructure in Nizhny Novgorod.

As a part of the company’s strategy for the development of telecom infrastructure in the regions of the Russian Federation, Service-Telecom Group of Companies is largely investing in the development of telecommunications in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

Nikolay Berdin, Service-Telecom CEO, on the acquisition:

The acquisition of Technoresource allows our company to provide customers, primarily mobile operators, with a wider range of services for the placement of their equipment both in and outside the city. We plan to further develop the infrastructure in the Nizhny Novgorod region to digitalize the regional economy and provide high-quality communication services and mobile Internet.’

The combined company will manage more than 1 500 sites.
